Popular Chemistry Books

I love to read since childhood. I'm big now, of course (thirties), but I still love. Only time I miss depus I started working. But he must earn his money, right?. We must earn money to pay it, books. I do not intend to ramble on the price of books, or piracy of electronic popular chemistry books and the futility of DRM protections on ebooks. You find many other blogs and articles on the subject. I'm going to talk big books and great authors. I refer you to a small list already sympathetic. Return to me when you read all the popular chemistry books mentioned! No kidding:) You need time, too long. And that's the problem though, we lack the time to read. How long do you need to read a book? Already, I guess it depends on the size of the book (of course . . ), but also its complexity. A novel, ok. A chemistry book, already less ok. Takes longer for non-fiction books, it seems obvious to me. Be aware that there are technical reading to get the most out of a book. There are speed reading techniques, popular chemistry books on how to learn to read and summarize a peucomment blogs that read fast. There are even courses on video browsing. You're spoiled for choice. Because we forgot to say, because it is too obvious: before reading, one must learn to read. And not only decrypts. Read, read a book, dissect, take ownership and memorize it. . .
For those who do it are still not interested in little definition: it is the alliance between the physics / popular chemistry books and gastronomy. Thierry Marx, one of the leaders of the most atypical French gastronomic landscape is not infatuated! He plays with the texture of the juice, liquor and other liquids. No one like him mastery emulsions, cryonics and other spherification of all kinds . . . . Today everything is done to introduce more curious molecular gastronomy kit to the book "A Little molecular gastronomy" with Anne and Christine Cazor LiƩnard, available at Fnac, during cooking workshop or in the most major culinary schools . . . you just choose.
