Applied Chemistry Books

"The chemical engineer makes use of the chemical and physical changes they experience the raw materials for certain products, goods or services useful to man, also uses the forms and procedures for how to achieve these changes, using processes efficient, for which you have to design and specify equipment, machinery and devices that control these processes will be developed. To accomplish this, chemical engineering bases its knowledge in chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics and special physical applied chemistry books and thermodynamics, it also requires knowledge humanistic management, economics, management and cultivation of art. Chemical Civil engineers are professionals with a strong background in basic sciences and engineering, are trained to analyze, plan, design and direct industrial plants, as well as to act in the commercial, management and marketing related to industrial chemical processes.
Chemical nomenclature (Latin nomenclature) is a set of rules or formulas that are used to name all the elements and chemical compounds. Currently, the IUPAC (International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry, English International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry) is the highest authority on chemical nomenclature, which is responsible for setting the rules. This classification system groups and appoints the inorganic compounds, which are all different organic compounds. Three systems are currently being accepted or sub-systems of nomenclature, these are the stoichiometric nomenclature system or systematic functional classification system or classical or traditional naming system Stock. These three systems named almost all inorganic compounds, the traditional nomenclature being the largest, and has great physical branches and alternative development. Chemical function is called the set of common features that characterize a number of substances, thus differentiating them from others. Such substances have its own specific behavior in chemical processes. Substances belonging to a specific chemical function in their molecules have an atom or group of atoms that characterize similar constitution. For example, any hydroxide is identifiable by its functional group OH (hydroxyl) and its chemical behavior is characteristic. Oxides are called combinations of oxygen with any chemical element. The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC, English International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry, IUPAC) is a nongovernmental organization that focuses on progress in chemistry. Its members of national chemical societies. It is the recognized authority for the development of rules to be adopted for the nomenclature, symbols and terminology of chemical elements and their derivatives, through its Committee on Nomenclature and interdivisional symbols (Interdivisional Committee on Nomenclature and symbols) which sets the IUPAC nomenclature.
